For the quarter, Nutanix posted adjusted earnings per share of $0.42, beating the Street consensus estimate of $0.32. Revenue grew 16% year-over-year to $591 million, surpassing the expected $571.75 million. The company’s Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) increased by 18% year-over-year to $1.97 billion, highlighting continued success in its subscription-based business model. Free cash flow also saw a notable rise, reaching $151.9 million compared to $132.5 million in the prior year.
Looking ahead to the second quarter of fiscal 2025, Nutanix projected revenue between $635 million and $645 million, exceeding the Street consensus estimate of $630.3 million. For the full fiscal year, the company provided revenue guidance in the range of $2.435 billion to $2.465 billion, aligning with analyst expectations.
