Ryan Conwell scored 22 points and Mikel Brown Jr. added 19 points with seven assists to lead No. 12 Louisville to a 106-81 victory over visiting Ohio on Saturday.

The Cardinals (4-0) showed no signs of a hangover after their big win Tuesday over No. 9 Kentucky. They never trailed Saturday, using an early 11-3 run to take a 17-7 lead less than six minutes into the game.

Saturday marked the third time this season the Cardinals have surpassed the century mark in scoring and they have scored at least 96 points in all four of their games.

Louisville was dialed in from long distance as they shot a season-best 45.7% (16 of 35) from the 3-point arc. Conwell, a transfer from Xavier, went 5-for-10 on 3-point attempts, while Isaac McKneely, who finished with 15 points, went 4 of 10.

The Bobcats (1-3) committed a season-high 17 turnovers, with 11 of those coming in the first half. Louisville scored 27 points off Ohio turnovers.

The Cardinals had a 41-34 rebounding advantage, with 17 of Louisville’s rebounds coming off the offensive glass. That helped them outscore the Bobcats 26-5 on second-chance points.

Six Cardinals reached double figures in scoring. Sananda Fru scored 10 of his 14 in the second half, while J’Vonne Hadley and Adrian Wooley chipped in 11 points each.

Jackson Paveletzke scored 28 points for the Bobcats to match his career high. Aidan Hadaway finished with 12 points, and JJ Kelly scored 11 on 4-of-5 shooting. Dior Conners had 10 points for Ohio, with all of those coming in the first half.
