Quinn Hughes had three assists, including the 300th of his career, to lead the Vancouver Canucks to a 5-1 win over the host Anaheim Ducks on Tuesday.

The Canucks have won two straight and are 5-0-0 in their past five road games. That ties the fifth-longest road win streak in Vancouver’s franchise history.

Vancouver is 8-0-0 against Anaheim since the start of the 2022-23 season.

Brock Boeser, Kiefer Sherwood and Danton Heinen each had a goal and an assist. Jake DeBrusk and Elias Petterson scored Vancouver’s other goals.

Kevin Lankinen stopped 21 of 22 shots to continue his red-hot start. The Vancouver goaltender has a .923 save percentage and has yet to lose in regulation (6-0-2) over his eight starts.

Anaheim is 0-2-1 in its past three games and 1-4-1 in its past six.

Ducks goalie Lukas Dostal stopped 33 of 38 shots.

Olen Zellweger had the only goal for the offensively challenged Ducks, whose 25 goals are the fewest in the NHL.

Zellweger opened the scoring with his second goal of the season, a power-play tally 5:35 into the first period. Before the frame was over, however, the Canucks equalized and took the lead within a 58-second span.

Boeser’s sixth goal of the season, a redirection of a Hughes pass, put Vancouver on the board at 16:22 of the first. Less than a minute later, Erik Brannstrom left a drop pass to Sherwood at the edge of the circle, and Sherwood blasted home the one-timer for his third goal of the season.

Pettersson extended Vancouver’s lead 2:20 into the second. He tipped in a Hughes point shot to beat Dostal for his second goal of the season.

At 12:08 of the third, DeBrusk scored his second goal this season and second in as many games, with Hughes notching his 300th assist in his 376th career game.

Heinen added an insurance marker, his third of the year, in the final two minutes.
