Adin Hill made 32 saves and Brayden McNabb had a goal and an assist as the Vegas Golden Knights moved into first place in the Pacific Division with a 4-1 victory over the Florida Panthers on Sunday night in Las Vegas.

Jack Eichel, Tanner Pearson and Tomas Hertl also scored goals, Nicolas Roy had three assists and Keegan Kolesar added two for Vegas, which won for just the second time in its past seven games. Hill, who tied a career high with his 19th win of the season, snapped a personal three-game losing streak.

Anton Lundell scored for Florida, which was playing its second game in as many nights after cruising to a 7-2 victory over the San Jose Sharks on Saturday. Spencer Knight finished with 22 saves as the Panthers finished a four-game road trip with a 2-2-0 record.

Vegas took a 1-0 lead at the 5:26 mark of the first period when McNabb blasted a slap shot from the left point past Knight’s glove side and into the top right corner of the net.

Pearson made it 2-0 early in the second period when he snapped a wrist shot from the right circle into the back of the net for his first goal in 12 games.

Florida cut the Golden Knights’ lead to 2-1 at the 1:56 mark of the third period thanks to Lundell, who was stationed in front of the crease and deflected a Eetu Luostarinen shot from the left point past Hill’s blocker side.

Eichel put the Golden Knights back up by two goals just past the midpoint of the period with a breakaway tally, taking an Ivan Barbashev pass and sliding a shot around Knight’s left pad for his fourth goal in four games.

Florida pulled Knight for an extra attacker with 3:47 remaining, and Hertl tapped in a Roy pass on a two-man break for an empty-netter with 29 seconds left to seal the win.
