A two-time Super Bowl champion with the New England Patriots, Flowers was cut by the Detroit Lions in March.
Flowers, who turned 29 earlier this month, had 24 tackles and 1.5 sacks in seven games with the Lions in 2021.
He has 261 tackles, 31.5 sacks and 10 forced fumbles in 75 games (64 starts) for the Patriots (2015-18) and Lions.
