The Baltimore Ravens reached a three-year contract extension with tight end Mark Andrews, general manager Eric DeCosta announced Wednesday.

According to sources, the deal is worth $39.3 million with $26 million guaranteed.

Last week, Andrews, 30, joined the Kansas City Chiefs standout Travis Kelce as the lone tight end in the league to lead his franchise in receptions, yards receiving and touchdown catches.

In 2024, Andrews become the franchise leader in TD catches, now with 56. He overtook wide receiver Derrick Mason in career receiving yards (5,862) earlier in the 2025 campaign and last week, surpassed Mason in receptions (473).

Andrews and fellow Raven tight ends Isaiah Likely and Charlie Kolar were all pending free agents after the 2025 season.

“Mark is an all-time Raven — a top competitor and Pro Bowl tight end who is also a big part of our Baltimore community,” DeCosta said.

Andrews was a third-round draft pick by the Ravens in 2018, two rounds behind Baltimore selections of tight end Hayden Hurst and quarterback Lamar Jackson.

With Jackson at the helm, Andrews broke out in 2019, hauling in 10 touchdown passes and averaging 13.3 yards per catch.

Andrews earned Pro Bowl honors in 2019 and also earned selections in 2021 and 2022. He was tabbed First Team All-Pro in 2021 when he caught 107 passes for 1,361 yards and nine touchdowns.

He leads the Ravens with five TD receptions this season and added his first career rushing touchdown, a game-winning 35-yard play from under center at Cleveland on Nov. 16.
