Baltimore star quarterback Lamar Jackson left with a hamstring injury in the third quarter Sunday of the Ravens’ 37-20 loss to the host Kansas City Chiefs.

The Ravens were trailing 30-10 when Jackson was sacked for a 2-yard loss with 8:10 left in the third on his final play of the game. Baltimore then kicked a 32-yard field goal to close to 30-13.

Baltimore coach John Harbaugh said after the game that he didn’t know the severity of Jackson’s injury.

Jackson, listed by the team as questionable to return, was replaced by Cooper Rush, who went 9-of-13 passing for 52 yards.

A two-time NFL Most Valuable Player, Jackson was 14-of-20 passing for 147 yards with a touchdown and an interception, his first this season. He connected with Justice Hill for an 11-yard score in the first quarter. He was sacked three times.

Jackson also rushed six times for 48 yards and lost one fumble.

Several Ravens sustained injuries in addition to Jackson and made early exits: Linebacker Roquan Smith (hamstring), cornerbacks Nate Wiggins (elbow) and Marlon Humphrey (calf) and left tackle Ronnie Staley (ankle). Harbaugh said afterward that none of the injuries appear season-ending.

Baltimore (1-3) hosts the Houston Texans (1-3) next Sunday. The last time the Ravens started 1-3 was in 2015, when they finished 5-11.
