NFL News: Broncos, OL Alex Palczewski agree on 2-year deal

The Denver Broncos announced Thursday they have agreed to terms on a two-year contract with offensive lineman Alex Palczewski.

Palczewski, 26, started 10 of the 17 regular-season games he played for the AFC Championship Game participants — replacing injured starter Ben Powers at left guard in Week 7. He played on 58% (665) of the Broncos’ offensive snaps and, according to NextGen Stats, allowed the third-fewest quarterback pressures (23) among all NFL guards who played at least 375 snaps.

Palczewski, who only appeared on special teams during the playoffs, was to become a restricted free agent next week when the league year closes.

Undrafted out of Illinois in 2023, Palczewski signed with Denver but was injured and did not appear in a game that season. He has played in 31 games and made 13 starts, including three in 2024 at right tackle in place of the injured Mike McGlinchey.
