While celebrity NFL quarterback Patrick Mahomes continues to thrill fans and followers with his skills on the field, his younger brother Jackson Mahomes is being investigated by the police for an alleged sexual assault on the female owner of a restaurant and for allegedly shoving aside a male waiter. This is not the first time that the Kansas City Chiefs’ star player’s influencer brother has got into trouble.

Jackson Mahomes, 22 allegedly assaulted a male waiter, more than once at the Aspens Restaurant and Lounge. He then repeatedly kissed the 40-year-old female owner of the restaurant, in Overland Park, Kansas.
Aspen Vaughn has allowed the authorities to inspect the surveillance video recordings at the restaurant, according to a report in The Star.
The police released a statement saying that the department was “aware of an incident that occurred on Feb. 25, 2023, at a business near 151st and Metcalf.”
It said, “The department is still investigating. Releasing any additional information would be inappropriate at this time. Anyone with information should contact the TIPS Hotline at 816-474-TIPS”
Restaurant owner Vaughn told The Star that she believed that Jackson Mahomes had been intoxicated. She said that he had “forcibly kissed me out of nowhere” and that she had questioned him about what he was doing and he continued to kiss her two more times.
She also told the outlet that she had seen someone outside the office door during the last time she had pushed him away and she had shouted for help as he was “big and massive.”

On the other hand, Brandan Davies, who is the attorney for Jackson Mahomes, said that they had witnesses who would prove that his client hadn’t done anything wrong.

He added that their investigation had “revealed substantial evidence refuting the claims of Jackson’s accuser including the statements of several witnesses.”
He also mentioned that they had “reached out to law enforcement to provide the fruit of our investigation so that they may have a complete picture of the matter.”
