An 11-0 run put the Wolfpack up 23-10 with 10:16 left in the first half. Boston College was within six following a Marko Radunovic 3-pointer with 2:25 remaining in the half, but NC State led 40-32 at halftime.

Boston College committed 12 turnovers in the first 20 minutes, while NC State turned the ball over once.

Boston College was within three points, 56-53, after Boden Kapke made two free throws with 9:46 to play, but the Wolfpack regained a double-digit lead by scoring nine of the next 11 points. The Eagles failed to get closer than eight points the rest of the way.

N.C. State matched its largest lead when it went up 78-65 with 1:35 to play.
