Celtics Crossover Gaming and Warriors Gaming Squad each earned a 2-0 sweep Friday in Washington to set up a finals matchup in the NBA 2K League’s The Turn event.

The second-seeded Celtics outscored Heat Check Gaming, the Eastern Conference’s No. 1 seed, 15-9 in the fourth quarter to earn a 65-63 comeback victory in the first game. Enrique “630” Xavier Barraza had a team-high 18 points to fuel the victory.

In the second game, the Celtics led 21-9 after the first quarter and held on for a 90-80 win to complete the sweep. David “Leche” Jamous finished with 37 points and 10 assists in the win. KyJuan “HoodieKy” Johnson had 32 points and five assists for the Heat in the loss.

The Warriors, who are the No. 1 seed in the West, rolled to an 84-60 win over third-seeded Pistons GT in the first game. Jaden “Nay” Bhopal had 20 points, 17 rebounds and nine assists as all five Warriors starters scored in double figures in Game 1.

Charlie “CB13” Bostwick had 32 points and nine assists to power the Warriors’ 78-69 win in the second game. Anthony “ANT” Costanzo finished with 17 points and 10 assists in Game 2 for the Pistons.

The Celtics and Warriors will square off Saturday in the finals.

The Turn, which carries a $160,000 prize pool, is the second of three tournaments that lead up to the NBA 2K League 5v5 Playoffs that run June 26-29. Last month, Warriors Gaming Squad won The Tipoff. The final tournament, The Ticket, will be contested from Tuesday through June 22.
