Ryan O’Hearn launched a three-run home run to left-center in the bottom of the ninth and the host Baltimore Orioles walked off the Philadelphia Phillies 10-7 in a spring training game Monday in Sarasota, Fla.

The Orioles trailed 7-3 entering the bottom of the eighth. They tied the game in that frame on Coby Mayo’s run-scoring single, Connor Norby’s RBI groundout and Colton Cowser’s two-run homer.

Alec Bohm went 2-for-3 with a homer, a double and two RBIs for the Phillies and Jake Cave added a two-run shot.

Red Sox 7, Tigers 1

Raimel Tapia hit a solo homer and an RBI ground-rule double and Boston starter Chris Sale pitched two scoreless innings in his spring training debut in a win over host Detroit in Fort Myers, Fla.

Red Sox first baseman Justin Turner was drilled in the face by a pitch from Tigers starter Matt Manning. Turner was taken to a hospital and was in stable condition Monday evening. Riley Greene’s solo shot provided the Tigers’ only run.

Cardinals 7, Astros 1

St. Louis starter Jack Flaherty fanned five batters in three innings in a victory over visiting Houston in Sarasota.

David Hensley homered off Flaherty for the Astros’ only run. The Cardinals scored six runs in the second, and Dylan Carlson later knocked a home run to right to cap the scoring.

Rays 5, Marlins 1

Luke Raley hit a three-run home run and Kyle Manzardo added a solo shot to lift host Tampa Bay over Miami in St. Petersburg, Fla.

Marlins starter Sandy Alcantara took the loss with one earned run off the Raley homer yielded by reliever Joshua Simpson. Miami dropped to an MLB-worst 1-8 this spring.

Angels 6, Guardians 0

Angels starter Griffin Canning and seven relievers combined to hold the Guardians to five hits with 10 strikeouts and just two walks.

Rockies 4, Rangers 1

Aaron Schunk’s three-run homer in the eighth lifted Colorado over visiting Texas in Scottsdale, Ariz.

Schunk’s go-ahead shot to left center followed an RBI hit by Jimmy Herron that tied the score 1-1. The Rangers led for much of the game on Corey Seager’s solo home run in the fourth.

Royals 10, Diamondbacks 1

Freddy Fermin had an RBI single and an RBI double in host Kansas City’s rout of Arizona in Surprise, Ariz.

Royals starter Brady Singer allowed just two hits and struck out five over three innings. Edward Olivares added a homer. Buddy Kennedy went 2-for-2 with the Diamondbacks’ only RBI.

Dodgers 8, Padres 3

Freddie Freeman and Max Muncy had RBI doubles during a six-run second inning as Los Angeles breezed past visiting San Diego in Phoenix.

Miguel Rojas opened that salvo with a two-run double and later added a solo homer for the Dodgers. The Padres didn’t score until the ninth, when Max Schrock grounded in a run and Evan Mendoza hit a two-run double.

Cubs 6, Mariners 2

Bradlee Beesley hit an RBI double to left to launch a three-run ninth inning and help Chicago pull away from host Seattle in Peoria, Ariz.
