Tyler O’Neill, Triston Casas and Masataka Yoshida all homered and the Boston Red Sox held on for a 5-4 win over the visiting Los Angeles Angels on Sunday afternoon.

O’Neill and Connor Wong each had two hits while Yoshida drove in a pair of runs as the Red Sox managed their second straight win.

Boston closer Kenley Jansen got into and out of trouble in the ninth to clinch the win for Brayan Bello (2-1), who struck out eight and allowed two runs on six hits and two walks in 5 1/3 innings.

After Logan O’Hoppe was hit by a pitch, a Mickey Moniak bloop single and Zach Neto walk loaded the bases in the ninth. Anthony Rendon then smacked a sacrifice fly to center to pull Los Angeles within 5-4.

From there, Jansen buckled down, striking out Luis Rengifo and Mike Trout to end the game and secure his fourth save of the season.

Rendon and Brandon Drury each had two hits and an RBI for the Angels.

Boston used consecutive two-out solo shots to take an early lead, spoiling Los Angeles starter Tyler Anderson’s scoreless start to the season. O’Neill cleared the Green Monster to open the scoring before Casas roped a ball over the bullpens in right-center to make it 2-0 in the first.

The Angels tied the game with single runs in both the second and third. Drury first clubbed a home run to right-center to halve Los Angeles’ deficit. After Neto drew a leadoff walk and Rendon singled to start the third, Rengifo’s fielder’s-choice grounder brought home Neto and knotted the score.

In the fifth, Pablo Reyes pushed the Red Sox back in front at 3-2 when he doubled home Jarren Duran.

Bello exited with runners at the corners in the sixth, but Justin Slaten came in and got Drury to ground into an inning-ending double play. Yoshida then hit a two-run blast in the home half of the frame, putting Boston ahead 5-2.

Trout’s leadoff triple in the eighth set up Taylor Ward for a run-scoring groundout.

Anderson (2-1) gave up three runs on four hits in 4 1/3 innings. He walked three and fanned four.
