Kyle Schwarber belted his seventh career grand slam in the fourth inning as the host Philadelphia Phillies rallied for a 9-5 victory over the Miami Marlins on Wednesday.

Philadelphia erased a three-run deficit after loading the bases in the fourth inning. Schwarber stepped up to the plate and deposited a 2-1 changeup from Miami starter Edward Cabrera (2-4) over the wall in left-center field for his team-leading 28th homer of the season and his sixth in the past 10 games.

Former Marlins catcher J.T. Realmuto had a two-run double and Alec Bohm added an RBI single in the seventh inning.

Bryce Harper also drove in a run for the Phillies, who banged out 13 hits while snapping a four-game skid.

Jose Ruiz (3-1) struck out one batter in two-thirds of an inning of relief to pick up the win. Matt Strahm, Jeff Hoffman and Jose Alvarado each tossed one scoreless inning before Carlos Estevez struck out two in the ninth to seal the win.

Jonah Bride launched a three-run homer in the first inning and added a sacrifice fly in the fourth for Miami.

Jesus Sanchez had an RBI single for the Marlins, who saw their two-game winning streak come to an end.

Cabrera absorbed the loss after permitting six runs on six hits and four walks in four innings. He struck out two.

Miami started fast, as Jake Burger and Sanchez each reached before Bride put a 2-1 sinker from Phillies starter Tyler Phillips over the wall in left field. Bride’s homer was his fifth of the season, with all five coming in his past 14 games.

Philadelphia responded with a pair of runs to shave the Marlins’ lead to 3-2. Bryson Stott scored when Edmundo Sosa grounded into a double play in the second inning, and Johan Rojas crossed the plate when Harper hit into a forceout in the third.

Miami restored its three-run bulge when Sanchez’s single to right field plated Xavier Edwards and Bride’s deep sacrifice fly to center scored Burger in the fourth.
