Brandon Marsh hit a three-run home run and Trea Turner had two hits in a seven-run first inning as the Philadelphia Phillies routed Colorado 10-1 on Friday in the Rockies’ home opener at Denver.

Bryce Harper homered and doubled, Kyle Schwarber also went deep and Bryson Stott and Alec Bohm finished with two hits apiece while Turner had three. That backed Aaron Nola’s strong outing for Philadelphia, which started its first road trip of the season with its third win in a row.

Nola (1-0) allowed just one run over 6 1/3 innings and struck out nine while walking one. He left after Brenton Doyle singled with one out in the seventh, just one of five hits Colorado had off the righty.

Willi Castro had the only RBI for the Rockies.

Turner started the first-inning rally with a double off Colorado starter Michael Lorenzen. Walks to Schwarber and Harper loaded the bases, and Bohm drove in a pair with a single to center.

Stott followed with a double to right that Mickey Moniak lost in the sun, bringing home Harper. After Lorenzen fanned Adolis Garcia for the first out, Marsh homered 454 feet into the Rockies’ bullpen for his first of the season.

J.T. Realmuto then doubled, and Turner’s two-out single made it 7-0.

The seven runs are the most Colorado has allowed in the first inning in a home opener.

Harper led off the second inning with his second home run of the year. In the third he doubled following Turner’s single, and Turner scored on Bohm’s infield single to make it 9-0.

Lorenzen (0-1) left after allowing nine runs on 12 hits over three innings.

The Rockies broke through in the fourth inning. Moniak and Ezequiel Tovar led off with singles, TJ Rumfield’s forceout put runners on first and third and Moniak scored on Castro’s soft grounder to second.

Schwarber got the run back with a 460-foot homer to the second deck in right field off reliever Valente Bellozo.
