Gavin Lux and Andy Pages each hit two-run homers during a five-run fourth inning and Gavin Stone tossed five solid innings as the visiting Los Angeles Dodgers beat the Milwaukee Brewers 7-2 on Tuesday for their fifth straight victory.

Will Smith and Shohei Ohtani also homered for Los Angeles, which improved to 15-8 since the All-Star break. Smith had three hits after entering the game mired in a 5-for-53 slump.

Stone (10-5) allowed one run on three hits with no walks and six strikeouts for his first victory since June 26. Landon Knack gave up one run over the final four innings for his first career save.

William Contreras homered for Milwaukee, which lost its third straight. The Brewers have lost nine of their past 10 meetings with the Dodgers, including four of five this season.

Smith gave Los Angeles a 1-0 lead with a two-out homer in the second inning against Colin Rea (10-4). The 412-foot blast was Smith’s 16th homer this season and first since July 6.

Ohtani hit a 413-foot drive to right-center on a 1-0 splitter from Rea with two outs in the third inning for his league-leading 37th home run. The solo shot was Ohtani’s second homer in as many days and third in his last five games.

Contreras put the Brewers on the board with a two-out homer in the bottom of the third. The solo blast was Contreras’ 15th homer this season.

The Dodgers broke the game open with five runs on six hits in the fourth inning. Lux began the rally with a two-run shot over the right-center field wall.

Smith scored on Enrique Hernandez’s sacrifice fly to put the Dodgers ahead 5-1, before Pages followed with a two-run homer to left field.

Rea allowed seven runs and 10 hits with no walks and four strikeouts over six innings.

The Brewers pushed a run across with two outs in the seventh on Joey Ortiz’s RBI single.

Milwaukee has scored three or fewer runs in each of its past four games after amassing 42 runs in the four games before that.
