The Los Angeles Dodgers recalled right-hander Landon Knack on Sunday to start the finale of a four-game home series against the Cincinnati Reds.

The Dodgers also added left-hander Anthony Banda to the active roster, while right-handers Ricky Vanasco and J.P Feyereisen were optioned to the minor leagues.

To make room for Banda on the 40-man roster, right-hander Connor Brogdon was moved to the 60-day injured list.

Knack, 26, made his major league debut on April 17 and went 1-1 with a 2.81 ERA in three starts before returning to Oklahoma City.

Banda, 30, was acquired in a trade with the Cleveland Guardians on Friday. He had 25 strikeouts in 17 innings for Triple-A Columbus this season, posting a 2.12 ERA in 12 games. Over 90 big league appearances (six starts) for seven different clubs in seven seasons, he is 7-6 with a 5.69 ERA.

Vanasco, 25, made his major league debut April 15 and went two scoreless innings in his only appearance.

Feyereisen, 31, closed out his second save of the season in Saturday’s victory over the Reds and is 8-5 with a 2.65 ERA in 92 career appearances (two starts) for the Milwaukee Brewers (2020-21), Tampa Bay Rays (2021-22) and Dodgers.
