The Chicago Cubs will celebrate the 10-year anniversary of their 2016 World Series title with a monument that will be unveiled at Wrigley Field in July.

The plan to honor the team that ended a 108-year championship drought was revealed by team executive Crane Kenny on Saturday at the club’s winter fan fest. The monument will be located along the team’s Statue Row.

Kenny said the Cubs elected to not honor the team with a statue because only a handful of players could be represented. In monument form, the entire club could be honored.

The Cubs finished the 2016 regular season with a 103-58 record then knocked off the San Francisco Giants in the National League Divisional Series and the Los Angeles Dodgers in the National League Championship Series to reach their first World Series in 71 years.

Chicago ended its title drought by winning the World Series in seven games over the then-Cleveland Indians. Kris Bryant, Anthony Rizzo, Dexter Fowler, Jon Lester and Jake Arrieta all played pivotal roles in the championship.
