Burger finished 3-for-5, while De La Cruz went 2-for-4 with a double and a walk. Josh Bell added an RBI double and Ali Sanchez had two hits for Miami.

Marlins starter Trevor Rogers gave up three runs on six hits while striking out four and walking four over six innings. Anthony Bender (3-2) earned the win in relief and Tanner Scott threw a scoreless ninth inning for his 11th save.

Rafael Marchan hit a solo home run, while Trea Turner contributed two hits and three runs scored for the Phillies.

Edmundo Sosa went 2-for-4 with an RBI and Bryce Harper hit an RBI double for Philadelphia. Harper appeared to injure his hamstring running to first base to end the game. Phillies left fielder Kyle Schwarber left in the top of the ninth with left groin tightness.

Philadelphia starter Zack Wheeler tossed 6 2/3 innings and allowed seven hits and two runs with five strikeouts and two walks. Wheeler threw 115 pitches, 74 for strikes.

Jeff Hoffman (3-1) took the loss.

Down 3-0 in the top of the seventh, Otto Lopez and Sanchez delivered back-to-back singles to give Miami runners at first and third with two outs. Matt Strahm replaced Wheeler and hit Jazz Chisholm Jr. to load the bases for De La Cruz, who socked a three-run double to tie the game. Bell followed with his RBI double to give the Marlins a 4-3 lead.

Alec Bohm hit an RBI sacrifice fly to right to tie the score 4-4 in the bottom of the seventh.

Burger’s solo homer in the eighth pushed Miami ahead 5-4, and Sosa’s error later in the frame made it 6-4. Burger added an RBI single in the ninth for a 7-4 lead.

In the bottom of the first inning, Turner walked with one out and Harper followed with an RBI double to give the Phillies a 1-0 lead and extend his hitting streak to 12 games.

In the fourth, Marchan crushed a solo home run to left field with two outs for a 2-0 advantage.

Sanchez singled with one out in the fifth before Chisholm grounded into a 6-3 double play.

The Phillies went ahead 3-0 in the bottom of the fifth on Sosa’s RBI single to left.
