Adam Duvall homered and drove in two runs to lift the Atlanta Braves past the host Philadelphia Phillies 4-1 on Wednesday.

Matt Olson added two doubles for the Braves, who have won the first two games of the three-game series. Atlanta’s William Contreras contributed two hits and an RBI.

Braves starter Kyle Wright (9-4) threw seven strong innings, giving up three hits and one run. Wright struck out four and walked three as Atlanta improved to 21-5 in June.

Jesse Chavez struck out three in the eighth inning, and Will Smith pitched a scoreless ninth to earn his third save.

Rhys Hoskins hit a solo home run and doubled for the Phillies, who managed only four hits total.

Philadelphia starter Ranger Suarez (6-5) tossed 6 2/3 innings and allowed six hits and four runs to go along with seven strikeouts and two walks.

The Phillies loaded the bases with two outs in the second inning, but Mickey Moniak struck out looking to end the threat.

In the third, Hoskins slammed a one-out homer to left for a 1-0 Phillies lead.

Olson doubled for the second straight at-bat, this time to lead off the fourth for the Braves. One out later, Contreras hit an RBI single to right. Duvall followed with a run-scoring groundout and the Braves went ahead 2-1.

Duvall crushed a solo homer to left with two outs in the seventh for a 3-1 Atlanta advantage. Michael Harris II added an RBI single later in the inning.

In the eighth, Kyle Schwarber struck out, leaving him 0-for-4 and halting his on-base streak at 31 games. Hoskins then doubled to left while Nick Castellanos and Darick Hall each struck out. Hall went 0-for-4 in his major league debut.

The Phillies promoted Hall from Triple-A earlier in the day after he hit 20 homers for Lehigh Valley.

Smith struck out J.T. Realmuto to begin the ninth. Didi Gregorius struck out looking, and Alec Bohm flied out to center to end the game.
