Hunter’s 3-pointer with 1:56 left in overtime gave Memphis an 80-78 lead, before Zackery answered with a 3-pointer to give Clemson a one-point advantage with 1:38 left.

Leading by one at halftime, Memphis saw its lead grow to 40-32 with 18:34 remaining in regulation as Hunter’s 3-pointer capped a 7-0 spurt to start the second half.

Another Hunter triple pushed Memphis’ lead to 43-34 at the 17:15 mark, before Schieffelin’s deep 3-pointer stamped Clemson’s 12-2 run, flipping the lead with 11:35 remaining. From there, Haggerty’s three-point play followed Moussa Cisse and Baraka Okojie’s layups, giving Memphis a six-point lead at 52-46 with 10:42 left.

Memphis’ scoreless stretch was snapped with Rogers’ fifth 3-pointer, knotting the score at 62-62 with 4:06 left. Lakhin’s free throws and Zackery’s triple gave Clemson a five-point lead. With 1:33 left, Dainja’s layup cut Memphis’ deficit to two, before Chase Hunter answered with a 3-pointer on the ensuing possession.

Rogers hit another 3-pointer just 13 seconds later before Dainja’s layup with 20 seconds left sent the game to overtime.

At the outset, Memphis jumped out to a 10-0 lead, stamped with Rogers’ mid-range jumper at the 14:30 mark.

Lakhin’s 3-pointer marked Clemson’s first points with 14:16 remaining, sparking a 12-4 run to trim Memphis’ early lead to two.

After Rogers’ six straight points for Memphis pushed its advantage to 27-20, Clemson took its first lead on Schieffelin’s triple with 1:55 remaining. Zackery’s 3-pointer with 1:05 left was answered by Hunter’s buzzer-beating triple, giving Memphis a 33-32 halftime lead.
