On Friday, Mark Zuckerberg, co-founder of Facebook and chief executive of Meta and his wife Dr. Priscilla Chan welcomed their third baby. They made an announcement on their social media platform and posted photos of them with baby no. 3 who has been named Aurelia. The couple have already welcomed their two daughters.
On Instagram, a social network platform of parent Meta, the couple wrote, “Welcome to the world, Aurelia Chan Zuckerberg. You’re such a blessing.”
They posted a photo of Mark Zuckerberg fondly gazing at their baby daughter. Baby Aurelia appears to be gazing directly at her dad, who has a wide smile on his face. The second photo was of Priscilla Chan cradling baby Aurelia next to her skin. The photo appears to have been taken shortly after the birth of their baby girl.
In September 2022, 38-year-old Zuckerberg mentioned his two children and the arrival of their third child. The tech entrepreneur posted a smiling selfie on Instagram where he placed his hand on Priscilla’s baby bump. He captioned the photo: “Happy to share that Max and August are getting a new baby sister next year.”

Mark Zuckerberg and Priscilla Chan met at Harvard University, in 2003. Zuckerberg and friends founded Facebook while Priscilla continued her education and became a pediatrician. They got married in 2012. They welcomed daughters Max, 7 in 2015 and August, 5 in 2017.
Mark Zuckerberg and Priscilla Chan are also Co-Founders and Co-CEOs at the Chan Zuckerberg Initiative (CZI). The site describes CZI as a new kind of philanthropy. It was founded in 2015 and its grants are used to foster scientific breakthroughs.
