Calvin Cooke, 32, was detained on accusations of aiding juvenile delinquency, engaging in unlawful sexual contact with a minor, distributing material damaging to a minor, and using a two-way communication device illegally, according to the Osceola Sheriff’s Office on Thursday.

Shortly after the teenager began working at the restaurant, Cooke was accused of chatting with her on Snapchat. He allegedly offered the teen an e-cigarette before committing a sexual assault on her. She had only started working at the restaurant when the assault occurred, according to police.

According to Osceola County Sheriff Marcos Lopez, “He told the victim to clean the restroom for women. He followed the victim into the bathroom and closed the door. He performed sex acts on the victim while in the restroom. According to the statement from officials, Cooke “confessed to performing sex acts on the minor in the Pizza Hut bathroom, sending her a photograph of his penis, and kissing her in the Pizza Hut freezer.”
