T1 came from behind to defeat G2 Esports 3-2 on Friday, booking the final spot in the upper bracket semifinals at the League of Legends Mid-Season Invitational 2024 in Chengdu, China.

G2 Esports took a 2-1 lead before T1 rallied to win the final two maps and move on to Sunday’s semifinal against Bilibili Gaming.

G2 fell to the lower bracket and will face PSG Talon in the first round of lower bracket play on Sunday.

Gen.G Esports and Top Esports will meet in the first upper bracket semifinal on Saturday.

The $250,000 tournament began on May 1 with 12 teams competing for a $50,000 grand prize and qualification into the 2024 World Championship. The play-in stage concluded Sunday, with the bracket stage opening Tuesday. The title match is scheduled for May 19.

4th: $25,000 — TBD
5th-6th: $20,000 — TBD
7th-8th: $15,000 — TBD
