FlyQuest defeated Disguised in a Round 2 high match on Sunday to advance to a third-round high match against Cloud9 that determines the top playoff seed at the League Championship Series 2026 Lock-In in Los Angeles.

In Sunday’s other contest, Team Liquid swept Shopify Rebellion in a Round 2 low match.

Cloud9 had swept LYON 2-0 in the first Round 2 high match on Saturday at the League of Legend’s first event of 2026.

Using a Swiss style format with three rounds, the matches are best-of-three, except the last-chance tiebreaker is best-of-one. After the three rounds, the 3-0 team will choose its opponent from among the three 2-1 teams for the upper bracket. The 0-3 team will be eliminated.

Among the trio of 1-2 teams, the one with the best game record will auto-advance as the fifth seed in the lower bracket. The remaining two teams will compete in the last-chance tiebreaker to claim the sixth and final seed in the playoffs.

The playoffs will be double-elimination, with all matches best-of-five. The overall winner qualifies for the 2026 First Stand Tournament.

Because they each can finish no worse than 2-1 in the Swiss stage, Cloud9 and FlyQuest will qualify for the tournament.

Now at 1-1, Sentinels and LYON will compete in the Round 3 mid matches. Dignitas will face elimination in the low match in Round 3.

On Sunday, FlyQuest downed Disguised 2-1, winning in 28 minutes on red before Disguised won in 35 minutes on green. FlyQuest took the match in 30 minutes on green.

Selected most valuable players for the match were FlyQuest’s Fahad “Massu” Abdulmalek (9-7-27 kill-death-assist ratio) of Canada and Iraq, and Johnson “Gryffinn” Le (15-10-20 K-D-A) of the United States and Vietnam; and Disguised’s Sajed “Sajed” Ziade (8-8-6) of the United States and Lebanon.

Team Liquid blanked Shopify Rebellion 2-0, winning in 28 minutes and 24 minutes, both on green. South Korea’s Lim “Quid” Hyeon-seung paced Team Liquid with an 11-2-10 K-D-A ratio.
