The Flash” star Logan Williams’ official cause of death as stated by Canada’s BC Coroners Service was finally released a year after the 16-year-old actor who had died in April 2020. The coroners report said the late star died from an “unintentional illicit drug toxicity (fentanyl)” and was classified as “accidental.” The report was exclusively obtained by the New York Post.
Drug paraphernalia was found near Logan’s body when he was discovered and unable to be resuscitated and pronounced dead.
“Toxicological analysis detected fentanyl fentanyl and the coroner said , “Even small amounts of fentanyl have been shown to be potentially toxic.”
