King Charles III will be formally crowned as King on May 6, at Westminster Abbey, London. About 2,000 guests are expected including his son Prince Harry. His wife Meghan Markle will not be attending the coronation. However, a group photo that includes her will be part of the official coronation souvenir program. Many have commented on the gracious gesture as both his son and daughter-in-law have criticized the royal family, after stepping away from royal duties.
Photographer Chris Jackson shared on social media that one of the photos he took forms part of the official coronation program. Jackson posted the photo as well as a caption mentioning its inclusion.
The official coronation souvenir is on sale for 20 pounds. It has 84 pages filled with information about the coronation as well as photos of the royal family. It includes the biographies of King Charles as well as Queen Camilla. It is filled with details about the May 6 coronation ceremony. It also includes history on the traditions that will occur on the royal event and more.

There are many photos in the official coronation souvenir. Of interest is a full-page photo that was taken in 2018. It includes King Charles, Queen Camilla, the Prince of Wales (Prince William), the Princess of Wales (Princess Catherine–Kate Middleton), their three children–Prince George, Princess Charlotte, and Prince Louis, the Duke of Sussex (Prince Harry) and the Duchess of Sussex (Meghan Markle).
The photo was taken in 2018, to mark the 70th birthday of the king. It was taken in Clarence Hall, at happier times by photographer Christopher Jackson. Since King Charles ascension to the throne, many photos of the royal family have been seen in Buckingham Palace. The inclusion of Meghan Markle in the royal coronation program has been viewed as a gracious gesture by many.
