Fredrick started all 52 games he appeared in for Iowa in his first two seasons, averaging 8.8 points per game and a stellar 46.6 percent rate from 3-point range.
He transferred to Kentucky for the 2021-22 season but injured his left hamstring during warmups before his team debut and ended up needing season-ending surgery.
In his first and only full season for the Wildcats this past season, Fredrick averaged 6.1 points per game and shot just 31.8 percent from the arc in 27 games (15 starts). He has career averages of 7.8 points and 2.0 assists per contest.
