According to court documents posted online by EastIdahoNews.com, Chad Daybell was additionally charged with first-degree murder for Tammy’s death and with two charges of insurance fraud, while his wife was also accused of grand theft in connection with the Social Security benefits for her children.
According to police reports, Charles Vallow was shot and killed by Lori Vallow Daybell’s brother, Alexander Lamar Cox, while he picked up his kid from his estranged wife. She and her brother allegedly planned the murder of Vallow, according to the indictment.
