Deutsche Bank analysts shared their views ahead of Humana Inc.’s (NYSE:HUM) upcoming investor day on September 15.
The company has modestly raised full-year guidance and stayed quiet on long-term targets since the Q2 earnings release.
According to the analysts, many investors have been talking about Humana’s ability to increase its long-term EPS growth target, with many investors expecting the company to lift its range from the current 11% to 15% target. In the same vein, investors are also focused on the company’s profitability target for its individual MA business. Humana has targeted a range of 4.5% to 5.0%, versus the less than 3% it delivered in 2021.
