Helen of Troy (NASDAQ:HELE) reported its Q3 results on Thursday, with EPS of $2.75 coming in better than the Street estimate of $2.61. Revenue was $558.6 million, better than the Street estimate of $552.9 million.
The company provided its fiscal 2023-year guidance, expecting EPS to be in the range of $9.20-$9.40, compared to the Street estimate of $9.19.
According to the analysts at Oppenheimer, continued top-line challenges, coupled with discrete cost pressures highlighted by management, suggest continued earnings pressures into the next fiscal year. Freight and product cost savings remain key wild cards.
