The most recent shooting on Oklahoma where the gunmen blamed his doctor for having pain after back surgery. He killed four people and himself. The guns used were a handgun and an AR-15 rifle. The police response was very robust and entered the scene quickly.

The identified gunman whose name is Michael Louis killed four people including himself in a mass shooting. He went to his orthopedic office on the second floor of the Natalie Medical Building at Saint Francis Health System in Tulsa, Police Chief Wendell Franklin told reporters during the most recent press conference.
His doctor, Dr, Preston Phillips performed the surgery on May 19, 2022. On May 24th he was released from the hospital. The gunman, Michael Louis was complaining of severe pain. He had seen the doctor on Tuesday and contacted the Doctors office on Wednesday to get help. Authorities do not know what type of help was requested. Perhaps he was requested more pain medication- we cant confirm that.
Seven 40- caliber casings recovered from crime scene and 32 223 casings, and letter from the suspect that he blamed Dr. Phillips for the pain he had after the surgery. On June 1st, the gunmen purchased the AR-15 style rifle at 2PM on June 1st and a 40-caliber Smith and Wesson gun from a local gun shop. At 4:52 PM a person off the location a doctor called a woman to tell her to call 911. Multiple calls came in that the shooter was on the campus grounds on the 2nd floor of the hospital. Officers arrived within about three minutes later.
