Gabriel Attal is 34 years old and is the youngest-ever Prime Minister in French history. He is also the first openly gay PM. He is currently the education minister.

Gabriel Attal became the minister of education and national youth in the centrist and liberal party led by Macron, in July. He took a no-nonsense attitude towards a row about abaya robes worn by some Muslims. In September, he banned the robes in schools.
Gabriel Attal also led a major and successful campaign against bullying. He said that he had faced such intimidation when he studied at an exclusive school—the elitist established called Ecole Alsacienne located in Paris.
Gabriel Attal has now become one of the most powerful as well as prominent among LGBTQ politicians. He has managed to rise above upcoming popular politicians including right-wing leaders such as Marine Le Pen and her young colleague Jordan Bardella, who is 28 years old.
Attal has seen an increase in popularity in the nation and is considered as a rising star in Macron’s Renaissance Party.
