Though primarily known for acting, Vincent was also a musician, comedian, author and producer.
He played mobsters with total authenticity and power. I was just watching “Goodfellas” the other night and was amazed how he could steal a scene. He was also absolutely fantastic in “Raging Bull” and other movies. In “Goodfellas,” he delivered the iconic line, “Go home and get your shine box!” Rest in Peace, Frank Vincent.
