Former Washington State forward DJ Rodman announced Tuesday that he is transferring to Southern California.
Rodman, the son of Basketball Hall of Famer Dennis Rodman, will head to USC at the same time that Bronny James, son of LeBron James, will join the Trojans as a freshman.
“All these ups and downs, lefts and rights led me to Fight On,” the younger Rodman wrote on Instagram.
Rodman started 30 of 31 games last season and averaged career highs in points (9.6 per game), rebounds (5.8), assists (1.4) and steals (0.7).
Rodman played 111 games (42 starts) for the Cougars since the 2019-20 season. He owns career averages of 5.5 points and 4.0 rebounds with a 35.2 percent rate from 3-point range.
