Flutter, the parent of FanDuel, was listed on the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE) on Monday. The listing offers investors in the U.S. an alternative to DraftKings. The secondary listing for the international sportsbook is now competing with DraftKings, the biggest pure play in sports betting in the nation. The company stock is trading on the NYSE under the ticker symbol FLUT.

The online sports-betting company saw a 1. 2 percent rise in share price after the Monday listing and traded at $207.47 per share. Flutter has been delisted from the Irish Stock Exchange in Dublin, but the company remains incorporated. After the delisting, it is no longer eligible for inclusion on the Euro Stoxx 50 Index.

International sportsbook Flutter will keep its primary listing on the London Stock Exchange and its inclusion in the FTSE 100 index. However, the U.S. is Flutter’s biggest market for revenue and growth, as FanDuel is the market share leader. FanDuel had a 43 percent market share based on gross income, while market share based on net revenue was 51 percent in the fourth quarter.

FanDuel has the best performance among sports betting companies, but DraftKings is in the limelight as the only publicly traded pure play in sports betting. Flutter wants some of this spotlight and has finally been listed on the NYSE.

Flutter CEO Peter Jackson said that the company could access deeper capital markets and make it better accessible to U.S. investors after listing on the NYSE. He also considered the listing as a new chapter in the company’s history.

The U.S. is a massive market for FanDuel, and the company could be considering a primary listing later, while London might take the secondary listing. The London Stock Exchange has seen a downturn after Brexit. Experts believe it is time before Flutter lists primarily on the NYSE. Other sports betting companies are intent on taking a share of FanDuel and DraftKings, but these two sports betting companies remain the top in the U.S.
