Evercore ISI reaffirmed its Outperform rating on Dell Technologies (NYSE:DELL) following highlights from Day 1 of “Dell World,” where CEO Michael Dell unveiled a suite of AI products aimed at enterprise Gen AI workloads.
Enterprise Gen AI Goes On-Premise
Analysts note that 85% of enterprises plan to run Gen AI inference on-premise within 24 months to control costs and latency. Dell’s Blackwell- and AMD-powered AI servers, alongside its managed AI services, position the company as a key beneficiary of this shift. To gauge how the market values Dell’s AI hardware leadership, investors can compare its forward P/E against peers using the Ratios (TTM) API, revealing whether DELL trades at a premium for its AI expertise.
New Products Spotlight

Blackwell & AMD AI Servers: High-density racks optimized for large-scale model training and inference.

AI PC Lineup: Including the Dell Pro Max Plus—the first laptop with an enterprise-grade NPU for edge inferencing.

Networking & Managed Services: End-to-end AI deployment support, from data center fabric to ongoing operations.

Evercore ISI highlights that Dell’s decades of experience building AI systems for cloud providers now unlocks “invaluable technical expertise” for enterprise customers.
Valuation and Analyst Sentiment
With its AI portfolio expanding, Dell’s consensus price target has held steady. For a quick view of how Wall Street’s targets evolve as new products roll out, the Price Target Summary API aggregates analyst ratings and target revisions, helping investors track shifts in sentiment.
