In a recent interview, Elon Musk said that a societal hatred for rich people was the reason why his transgender daughter had gone against him. Less than six months ago, his daughter legally changed her name and said that she didn’t want to be associated with Elon Musk, in any manner. The CEO of Tesla shared his views on a wide range of topics including past and present presidents and more.
Musk has an 18-year old, who applied to legally change her name to Vivian Wilson, to reflect her gender. She also mentioned that she no longer wished to be related to Musk, her biological father, “in any way, shape or form.” The court granted her application.
In a recent interview with the Financial Times, Elon Musk addressed the issue of his estrangement with his adult daughter. He said that his relationship with his daughter might change in the future and that he had a good relationship with his other children.
He blamed communist ideals as the reason behind his daughter’s estrangement. He called it “full-on communism…and a general sentiment that if you’re rich, you’re evil.” He also sounded pragmatic when described his stained relationship with his daughter by saying, ”Can’t will them all.”
Elon Musk has nine children. He and his first wife Justine Wilson had five kids including a set of twins and triplets. Vivian is one among the twins. The Tesla CEO also has a 2-year old son called X and a 10-month old daughter called Y with ex-girlfriend, celebrity singer Grimes. Earlier in the year, the Neuralink CEO also had twins, with a top executive, Shivon Zillis of the same company.
Elon Musk has often expressed his dismay at the population decline and said that he has been playing his role to advance the numbers. He has posted on Twitter that “a collapsing birth rate is the biggest danger civilization faces by far.” The SpaceX CEO also said that he was open to have more children up to the point that he could be a good dad.
Elon Musk also spoke about President Joe Biden and former president Donald Trump and his bid for Twitter. The Tesla CEO joked that his posts on Twitter entertained many.
