Dream guard Danielle Robinson underwent left knee surgery in Atlanta and is expected to return prior to the WNBA All-Star break in July, the team announced.
Robinson sustained the injury in the first half of the Dream’s season opener on the road against the Dallas Wings on May 20. The three-time All-Star was playing in her first game since being acquired from the Indiana Fever in January for fellow guard Kristy Wallace.
Robinson, 34, averaged 7.4 points, 3.8 assists and 2.9 rebounds in 31 games (30 starts) with the Fever in 2022.
She has career averages of 9.1 points, 4.2 assists and 2.8 rebounds in 328 games (242 starts) with San Antonio (2011-15), Phoenix (2017), Minnesota (2018-19), Las Vegas (2020), Indiana and Atlanta.
