Tundra Esports and Team Spirit continue to lead their respective groups through three days of DreamLeague Season 25.

Tundra went 2-0-0 to break a tie for the top spot in Group A, while Team Spirit’s one win and one tie were good enough to keep them alone in first in Group B.

Team Spirit, Tundra and BetBoom Team (second place in Group A) have clinched spots in Group Stage 2, with five spots to be determined Wednesday on the final day of Group Stage 1.

Sixteen teams divided into two round-robin groups of eight are competing in Group Stage 1, with each match consisting of two games. The top four squads from Group A and the top four from Group B will move on to Group Stage 2, while the rest of the teams will be eliminated.

On Tuesday, Tundra won two long maps with co-group leader BetBoom, prevailing in 54 minutes on green and 64 minutes on red. Then Tundra polished off Xtreme Gaming in 35 minutes on green and 25 minutes on red.

The only other team from either group to win two matches Tuesday was Team Falcons, which rose to third place. They beat Moodeng Warriors in 22 minutes and 41 minutes on green, then swept Shopify Rebellion in 43 minutes on red and 33 minutes on green.

In Group A, Team Spirit split the first match of the day with Team Liquid 1-1 before facing Gaimin Gladiators. They swept GG in 44 minutes and 40 minutes on green.

Liquid also followed that initial draw with a win, beating AVULUS in 42 minutes on red and 35 minutes on green.

Once the eight teams that make it through the opening round of DreamLeague Season 25 get to Group Stage 2 on Friday, they will be put into one single round-robin group, where they will face off in best-of-three matches.

The top two teams from Group Stage 2 head to the upper bracket of the playoffs, the third- and fourth-place teams land in the lower bracket and the remaining teams get eliminated.

The playoffs begin March 1 and feature a double-elimination bracket. All matches are best-of-three aside from the grand final, which is best-of-five. The winning team gets $250,000 and a club reward of $40,000. There will also be 20,440 ESL Pro Tour points distributed to the participants.
