DOTA News: Gladiators, Falcons move on at DreamLeague Season 23

Gaimin Gladiators and Team Falcons each recorded a sweep on Thursday to advance to the upper bracket final of the playoffs at the $1 million online DreamLeague Season 23 event.

Gaimin Gladiators posted a 2-0 win over Tundra Esports after notching 29-minute victories, first on green and then on red.

Team Falcons also secured a 2-0 triumph over Xtreme Gaming, courtesy of 37- and 43-minute wins on red.

Gaimin Gadiators and Team Falcons will square off Friday for the right to advance to the grand final. Tundra Esports and Extreme Gaming will look to rebound in their respective lower-bracket quarterfinal matches.

The double-elimination playoffs began Thursday, with all matches best-of-three until Sunday’s best-of-five grand final.
