Gaimin Gladiators are the only unbeaten team remaining in the group stage at the Betboom Dacha Dubai 2024 tournament in the United Arab Emirates.
GG swept Aurora on Monday to move to 2-0-0 in Group A at the 12-team, $1 million Dota tournament. GG won in 26 minutes on green and in 34 minutes on red.
In other Group A action, Team Liquid swept Falcons and Virtus.pro and LGD played to a 1-1 draw.
BetBoom Team recorded Monday’s only win in Group B, sweeping OG with a 30-minute win on green and a 34-minute decision on red.
The Group B match between Azure Ray and Nouns ended in a tie, as did the clash between Extreme Gaming and Team Spirit.
The round-robin group stage in the $1 million tournament runs through Thursday, with the top four teams in each group advancing. The double-elimination playoff stage runs from Feb. 11-16. All matches are best of three except for the best-of-five grand final.
