Gaimin Gladiators recorded a 3-1 victory over Team Liquid on Sunday in the grand final of the ESL One Berlin Major in Germany.
Team Liquid rallied to a 2-1 win over 9Pandas in the lower-bracket final to set up their clash with Gaimin Gladiators.
Gaimin Gladiators recorded a 44-minute win on green before Liquid answered with a 37-minute triumph on red. Gaimin Gladiators responded with a 35-minute victory on green and 34-minute on red to end the match.
Gaimin Gladiators continued a dominant start to the season, having previously won the Lima Major and last month’s DreamLeague Season 19. They defeated Team Liquid in the grand final each time.

Liquid overcame a 39-minute setback on green to 9Pandas by posting a 42-minute win on red and a 22-minute victory on green.
The second Dota major of the season began April 26 in Berlin with a prize pool of $500,000.
Eighteen teams from around the world participated in the group stage, split into two groups of nine. A single round robin was contested with all matches best-of-two. The top four teams from each group advanced to the upper bracket of the playoffs, the fifth- and sixth-place teams were slotted into the lower bracket and the rest were eliminated.
