Fnatic are pulling out of Dota 2 play, at least for now.

“Recently we have been forced to reflect on the sustainability and future of the title for Fnatic, and ultimately, to make a difficult but necessary decision to temporarily withdraw from the DOTA 2 pro circuit,” the organization said in a news release. “We would like to express our heartfelt gratitude to all the players, staff, and members who have been a part of this incredible journey, alongside our incredible fanbase who have made our journey in the (Southeast Asia) region so special.”

Fnatic launched their Dota 2 team 11 years ago, took time off from the platform in 2014 and were reborn in 2015. The UK-based organization said it is working to find new teams for its players to join at the conclusion of the current BTS Pro Series.

Fnatic are in the lower bracket of the BTS Pro Series playoffs. Their next – and potentially final – match is scheduled for Monday against SPAWN Team.

Fnatic’s roster consists of Filipinos Kim “Gabbi” Villafuerte Santos, Armel “Armel” Tabios and Dhardel “DJ” Mampusti, as well as Australian Jaunuel “Jaunuel” Arcilla.

“As we now turn (the) page and take a temporarily step away from DOTA, I want to wish the players and staff the best of luck in your #RoadToTI12,” said Patrik Sattermon, the chief gaming officer.

Fnatic’s best finish in The International competition came in 2016 when they finished fourth.

Fnatic also has teams in leagues that include League of Legends, Valorant, Counter-Strike: Global Offensive.
