The analysis discovered the California areas experiencing lower demand in the luxury real estate market.
Beverly Hills, renowned as the most iconic neighborhood in Los Angeles, appears to show a trend of residents moving away from its famous palm-lined streets. Formerly home to stars like Rihanna, Russ Weiner, and Lee Daniels, this year has seen several celebrities choosing to relocate elsewhere. Mark Wahlberg, for instance, made headlines by completing the sale of his Beverly Hills mansion in February for a record-breaking $55 million as he opted for a move to Nevada.
