Eternal Fire rallied to beat Aurora Gaming 2-1 on Sunday in the Group B upper-bracket semifinals of the group stage at the BetBoom Dacha Belgrade #2 in Serbia.

After falling 16-13 on Mirage, Eternal Fire responded with a 13-9 victory on Dust II before taking Inferno 13-2. Ismailcan “XANTARES” Dortkardes paced the winners with 46 kills and a plus-three kill-death differential.

Eternal Fire will face 9Pandas, 2-0 winners against FURIA Esports on Sunday, in the Group B upper-bracket final.

Twelve teams are participating in the $500,000 tournament, with eight of those squads battling it out in the group stage. HEROIC, MOUZ, Team Spirit and Virtus.pro can already shift their focus to the playoffs due to their status as high seeds.

In the double-elimination group stage, the eight participating teams have been split into two groups of four. All matches are best-of-three, and the top two teams from each group will secure a playoff berth.

The playoffs also feature a double-elimination bracket. All matches are once again best-of-three except for the best-of-five grand final, which will be held on Sunday.

A first-place prize of $250,000 will be awarded to the winning team.

On Sunday, 9Pandas prevailed on Dust II (13-7) and Mirage (13-8) to set up the meeting with Eternal Fire. Aleksandr “shalfey” Marenov paced 9Pandas with 35 kills and a plus-14 K-D differential.

Over in Group A, paiN Gaming advanced to the grand final with a 2-0 victory over 9z Team in the upper-bracket final. Brazil’s Rodrigo “biguzera” Bittencourt went for 38 kills against 25 deaths as paiN Gaming won 13-9 on Nuke and 13-10 on Inferno.

paiN Gaming could play 9z Team again in the grand final. If they don’t, they will be up against Team Falcons, who shut out BetBoom Team 2-0 in the lower-bracket semifinal match on Sunday.

Teams Falcons followed a 13-7 victory on Ancient with a 13-8 showing on Nuke to complete the sweep.

Group-stage action continues Monday with three matches:
–9z Team vs. Team Falcons (Group A lower-bracket final)
–Eternal Fire vs. 9Pandas (Group B upper-bracket final)
–Aurora Gaming vs. FURIA Esports (Group B lower-bracket semifinal)

2. $125,000
3. $50,000
4. $25,000
5-6. $10,000
