BBQ Spare Ribs Recipe
Ingredients:
4 pounds pork spare ribs
1/4 cup brown sugar
1 tablespoon paprika
1 tablespoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon onion powder
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon chili powder
1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional, for extra heat)
1/2 teaspoon mustard powder
2 cups BBQ sauce (store-bought or homemade)
1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
Instructions:
Prepare the Ribs:

Preheat your oven to 275°F (135°C).
Remove the membrane from the back of the ribs for more tender meat. To do this, slide a knife under the membrane and over a bone at one end of the rack. Grab the edge of the membrane with a paper towel and pull it off.
Season the Ribs:

In a small bowl, mix together the brown sugar, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, salt, chili powder, cayenne pepper, and mustard powder.
Rub this mixture generously over both sides of the ribs.
Bake the Ribs:

Place the ribs on a large baking sheet, meat side up.
Cover the ribs with aluminum foil and bake in the preheated oven for 2.5 to 3 hours, until the ribs are tender and the meat starts to pull away from the bones.
Prepare the BBQ Sauce:

While the ribs are baking, combine the BBQ sauce, apple cider vinegar, and Worcestershire sauce in a small saucepan. Heat over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until warmed through.
Grill the Ribs:

Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
Remove the ribs from the oven and discard the foil. Brush a generous amount of the BBQ sauce mixture on both sides of the ribs.
Place the ribs on the grill and cook for 5-10 minutes per side, basting with more BBQ sauce as you go. Grill until the sauce is caramelized and the ribs are nicely charred.
Serve:

Remove the ribs from the grill and let them rest for a few minutes before cutting them into individual ribs.
Serve with extra BBQ sauce on the side and enjoy.

Tips:
For even more flavor, marinate the ribs in the dry rub overnight in the refrigerator.
If you prefer your ribs extra saucy, you can reserve some of the BBQ sauce mixture for dipping.
