Chris Brown is facing a new lawsuit for rape. An anonymous woman filed a suit that claimed that he allegedly drugged her and raped her on December 30, 2020. TMZ was the first to report the news. The outlet said that documents said that it took place aboard a yacht. It was docked on Miami Beach’s Star Island, at Sean ‘Diddy’ Comb’s home.
The Jane Doe who said that she was a “professional choreographer, dancer, model and musical artist” was on video chat with a friend when Brown reportedly took her friend’s phone. He asked Doe to head to Diddy’s home in Star Island as soon as possible.
She said that Brown gave her a red plastic cup that had a mixed alcoholic drink. She said that they had a conversation and he refilled her cup. When she began drinking again, she felt “a sudden, unexplained change in consciousness.”
She said that Brown allegedly took her to a bedroom when she was “disoriented and physically unstable.” She also described her state as “in and out of sleep.”
She claimed that Chris closed the bedroom door and stopped her from leaving. He removed her bikini bottom and started kissing her. It also said that he ejaculated inside her, then jumped up and said that he was “done.”
The lawsuit also claimed that he sent her a text the next day and insisted that she took Plan B. She was upset, but she did take the morning after pill.

Now, she is claiming $20 million in damages, as the rape is causing her emotional distress. Her attorneys Ariel Mitchell and George Vrabeck told TMZ that she had not reported the alleged rape, earlier, as she was a medical student. She was also embarrassed. The attorneys said that they were “committed to victims being heard” and urged anyone who had information to contact them
Chris Brown addressed the alleged rape charge on his Instagram stories saying, “I hope y’all see this pattern of [cap]. Whenever I am releasing music or projects, THEY pull some real bullshit.”
Chris Brown has faced domestic violence charges with Rihanna, Karrueche Tran and another case of alleged rape that could not be charged as there was “insufficient evidence.”
