A child molester was found guilty, but the prosecutor was suspended for misrepresenting the convicted criminal’s gender by California District Attorney George Gascone. According to law enforcement authorities, the 26-year-old who identifies as a trans woman, was charged with child molesting after genetic evidence connected her to a cold case crime.
Following his arrest in 2014 in connection with a child molestation case in which the convicted child molester attacked a 10-year-old girl in a Denny’s diner restroom in California, Tubbs apparently started identifying as a transgender woman. A year before being detained for sexually assaulting the 10-year-old victim, Tubbs was also charged with molestation of a four-year-old kid in a California library in 2013.
In calls to family members, the convicted child abuser allegedly made comments about the victim’s use of a transgender identity.
