Reality TV star and former “View” panelist Kelly Osbourne announced on social media that she is pregnant. This is her first child. The 37-year old celebrity has been in a relationship with DJ Sid Wilson. The celebrity DJ is the turntablist for Slip Knot, a popular heavy metal band.
Posting on Instagram the daughter of celebrity couple Ozzy and Sharon Osbourne posted a photo of herself holding an ultrasound. She said that she had been “very quiet ” in the past few months and thought that she should share the reason for her silence. She said that she was “over the moon to announce that I am going to be a Mumma.” She said that she could not describe herself being happy. Instead, she could describe herself as “ecstatic.”
Sidney George Wilson also shared a photo of a sonogram. The DJ added several heart emojis and a family emoji below the photo, on his Instagram story. He posted in on May 12, about half an hour after Kelly posted on her Instagram story.
Congratulations and best wishes poured in from family, friends and fans. Her mother Sharon Osbourne reposted the image of the sonogram and wrote that her heart could not be “more full” and that she was “excited to share the beautiful journey ahead” with her daughter.
In February, celebrity couple Kelly Osbourne and Sid Wilson confirmed that they were dating. Kelly posted a photo of them on social media on Valentine’s Day. She captioned her Instagram story describing him as her best friend and “soulmate.” She also exclaimed that she couldn’t believe that they became a couple after “23 years of friendship.”
Recently, Kelly had mentioned how her earlier struggles with addictions including drugs and alcohol had prevented her from being a mom. But she might have also hinted about a pregnancy when she congratulated her brother Jack and his fiancée Aree, in March. Both the celebrity star and the interior designer posted separately that they were expecting their first baby together. Jack has three children with ex Lisa Stelly. Kelly posted a sweet reply on Aree’s post that hinted that she could be pregnant.
